Only J-14 has the reason why Miley Cyrus would be psyched to play the high school version of Carrie Bradshaw in the Sex And The City prequels currently being penned by author Candice Bushnell.

During an exclusive interview, the Hannah Montana star revealed that she would love to trade places with the stylish star who plays Carrie "any day of the week."

"I'd love to be Sarah Jessica Parker," Miley tells J-14. "I just want her clothes. I'd go out for coffee in Dolce and Gabana. And be like, 'Okay, now it's time for brunch, time for tea, time to shop...and I would change outfits every time I did something else.'"
