Whitney Port will star in her very own Hills spinoff show--The City. The show follows Whit as she works for fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg in NYC and will air early 2009.

... some exec at MTV decided people would like to see a show about a couple of rich drama queens. Thus was born Laguna Beach, which gave birth to a beautiful baby girl called The Hills. Unfortunatly, the greedy henchmen at MTV realized they were making incredible money off of this show. They began to mercilessly rain spin-offs unpon the unsuspecting fans.
Will the madness never stop?
If it does, will the girls end up living in the streets? Would that make a better television show?
