Billy Ray Cyrus doesn't have a problem with his 15-year old daughter, Miley Cyrus, hanging out with someone five years older then her. "He actually reminds me a lot of myself when I was 20 years old and I was living and searching for the dream," Billy Ray said of Miley's rumored bf and aspiring singer, Justin Gaston. "He's got a great heart and soul, and a lot of determination." However, not everything is going Miley's way. Her mom, Tish, recently revoked her credit card for six months because Miley exceeded her credit limit. Ouch!
