It's a great color for anyone. It goes along great with almost any ensemble. But thats just my opinion. Let me just tell you, your not goth if you wear black nail-polish some people wear it to look slimmer, some people just think it looks cool, and some people just look good in black but pretty much everyone can pull-off black nail-polish, or just the color black. But heres some pointers about wearing black: If your wearing a lot of black make sure your exciseres are fun, funky and or colorful. And if your planning on wearing a black dress with black nail-polish you could try wearing a blue or any color peace sign scarf looks good on anyone so go head try!

I always wear dark nail polish! Make sure you put a base coat or a white polish on your nails, first, though. This prevents staining your nail and it makes the polish look 3D !!!

I like black nailpolish, but not solid black. I rock a redish black , or navy blue polish. My intentions with this fashion is not to look tough. It doesn't always look tough. Depends on teh outfit. I'm ver feminime. I wear cute fashion-forward outfits, so it doesn't look tough on me. Dark polish can look femme!

I love Jordin's entire outfit. It's so stupid how people use emo and goth stereotypes to judge others because of how they dress. Personally, I like the emo look, and black and pink are my favorite colors. Black nails are one of those things that could go both ways, like skinny jeans and Converse. Even the preps at my school wear that kind of stuff. It just depends on whether or not you mean for it to be goth/emo. As for the way she looks in that dress, it's not the most flattering on her, but I won't criticize. If it makes her feel comfortable, then she should totally stick with it.
