The outfit on Taylor : Sure, she looks good, but I'm not so sure if it's quite her style. I think she looks best with some color on her.
The tights are a bit much,and the skirt would look better with maybe a grey top or if it wasn't so stiff.

The just wear a reguar shirt, not a turtle neck. And for her hair, like gossip girl said, a high ponytail and/or a messy bun would totally rock it. And with the tights, I think some gold metallic leggings could complete the look, along with a thin bead necklace and short, stubby, diamond earrings.
