When Chris Brown and Rihanna both dropped out of last night's Grammys minutes before the show started, details started unfolding about a possible tiff. J-14 can confirm that Chris did turn himself in last night in regards to a felony battery investigation, and that his victim is indeed Rihanna. Both are doing fine now.
