I don't think the outfit is that bad (I like all blue) but the style of the shirt and pants are sort of odd.

Not! Shes way too young to be wearing clothes like that--she looks like shes 20 years old! She should wear girly colors and fun clothes, and go easy on the heels. Also, that jumper is too short and looks bad with heels.
