First of all, to tyla.soosay, I'm gonna pretend I didn't hear what you just said. Second, to twinsrock, is it true they're performing Fifteen? That's one of my three Tay faves form Fearless, next to Forever and Always, or Love Story. And if it's a Miley song, try Simple Song or another unreleased song from Breakout, you know give us a sneak preview of the next single. Or maybe a song they worked on together. Yeah, Jamie, I read your comment. That was really kind. The thing is, maybe unlike some of the Jonas fans on this board, I'm not trying to change anyone's opinion of anyone or convert someone to like a cerain celeb. I just want everyone to stop being so heartless when it comes to Miss Cyrus, because it seems like you guys want her to die or something. I'll tell the truth. I don't hate the Jonas Brothers. Hating people is wrong. I just dislike them with a vengence because I don't like their music and they are quite frankly annoying to me because they are everywhere more than Miley is these days. SO I don't hate The JoBros; I just dislike them with a vengeance. There is a difference. I wouldn't ask them to die like some folks do Miley nowadays. I'd never wish death upon nobody. That's uber mean and evil. I really wish some people would stop being so heartless. In fact, in my next post, I will review all of Miley's so called "scandals" and discuss such situations.

Welcome to Miley on Trial. Here's, I will point out all her scandals and explain them from my viewpoint.

1. The Vanity Fair Photo - Hey, it could be worse. We saw Britney Spears go semi-nude on the cover of Rolling Stone. We've seen Vanessa Hudgens completely nude at age 19. And everyone forgave them for them. However, her at 15, posing in a photo not as nude as Hudgens' is unforgivable to some people? That makes no sense to me. And it wasn't even her idea to do the photo. And don't give me the "Vanessa was older." SO, she was still a Disney teen.

2. Mocking Demi & Selena - That wasn't mocking, that was a parody, like Weird AL, or the casts of SNL and Mad TV. SInce when have parody's been considered disrespectful exactly?

3. Nick Jonas' Ex - OK, this is a giant misstep.

4. Miley vs Selena - Now the media is billing them as rivals, depite the fact that they have been seen gettiong along like time after time after time after time after time. SO, as much as people would love to see them get it on in an all out catfight probably at a Wrestlemania caliber event (me included, maybe) it ain't gonna happen. Instead, I'll wait and see if Celebrity Deathmatch returns and do a match with them. But for now, THERE'S NEVER BEEN A FUED, ALRIGHT!!!

5. And most recently, the asian picture - Now, I don't know when squinting your eyes automatically makes you prejudice against asians, but when Miley does it, the Asians all jump to assumptions. Asians now consider her a racist for squinting her eyes in a picture. Now, at this point, I'm thinking that all of these Miley scandals are getting just plain ridiculous and that people are just making stuff up now. PLenty of people squint their eyes, people, does that make everyone racist? Miley herself even commented on this one saying on her offical fansite:

"It seems someone is trying to make something out of nothing to me. If that would of [sic]been anyone else, it would of been overlooked! I definitely feel like the press is trying to make me out as the new 'BAD GIRL'!
I feel like now that Britney is back on top of her game again, they need someone to pick on!"

MY FINAL VERDICT: These scandals are stupider than all the Disney Channal airheds characters (London, Newt, Chelsea, Drakken) combined. These in no way, shape, or form show that she's a bad role model and must die. These are unreasonable, not creative, made up jumping-to-conclusion baloney stories. So I rule in favor of Miley Cyrus and I hereby sentence all the haters and the people who make up these garbage storys to stop making excuses and garbage stories. She's famous. She doesn't have to put up with bullies. That's what elemeenterary school is for. I'll leave that to Frankie Jonas till he gets rich enough to buy out his brothers (this last line was a joke. If it wasn't funny, then at least I tried). My court is adjourned.

HANNAH MONTANA IS JUST PLAIN STUPID! it just bugs me. it's so stupid. it would be the same thing if she sang it as miley, but people just get so excited when she sticks on a wig and an outrageous outfit and goes up as hannah. the show is good. hannah is good for the show. cuz it's her secret identity, and that's one of the world's most exciting themes. but in real life it's no secret. she still miley. but now she sings as miley and hannah. miley isn't supposed to be a superstar, according to the show. but she is. it makes no sense and it's stupid. hannah is a tv star, miley is the real star.
