Look, I'm gonna give you my honest opinion. Neither because of the fact that:
1) They are both wearing it on the show.... they make it sound like they are wearing it out in public.
2) Leighton is wearing floral....so out! And America is wearing the ugliest thing I have ever seen, only cuz she has too.
3) you can't exactly say who wore it better cuz there not the same thing. If your gonna ask me that make sure I'm looking at the same outfit on both. That is not the same.
So to tell you the truth, neither of then look good in that out fit. Sorry!

Leighton's character wore it better, of course. America's character in Ugly Betty is always going to make something cute look so crazy, hence UGLY Betty. But, I like the way Leighton wore it. She didn't try to dress it up and that's what's cute about it. The way America's character wore it makes it look like she's incorporated every style in it. The zebra belt is the "scene style". The tights are more "goth". And the fluffy pink cardigan is "preppy".
