At last! The rumors have been swirling for months...and last night in the wee hours of the night (12:10 a.m. to be exact!), Summit Entertainment sent out an email to Twilighters confirming that Dakota Fanning will officially be playing Jane in the next installment of the saga, New Moon.

I think she will be okay for the part of Jane but I saw Jane as completely different then Dakota. I also dont like the contest rules to be in the New Moon movie. I think they should let 13 year olds enter the contest or at least make the contest birthday date end by like may 1st or something. I realy like Dakota Fanning, but not sure if she could act as a villan she seems to sweet. The actress Evanna Lynch who played Luna Lovegood would of been a good choice for Jane because she looks more fitting for Janes bio and looks. I think Dakota might begin to get a bit snobby. but thats my veiw, apart from that Dakota fanning is a good actress, but just not right for the twilight series.
