I think that it looks better curly!!
It gives her hair more volume and looks more age appropriate. It also looks healthier. I think that she has the face shape for it to work both ways but when she straightens it, her hair looks very thin and unhealthy.I also prefer Miley's hair without bangs. They just dont flatter her face!!!!!!!!!
