I don't personally like it on her, because it makes her look washed out, and it makes her head look big. If she had worn a different color that wasn't so bold it would've worked. The red lipstick, dark eye makeup, and extremely pale skin color doesn't really work with the red orange. It makes her look old.
It is a very bright and unique dress that is very hard to pull off, but Kristen makes it look hot.
