Do you ever go on "breaks" with your friends, like over the summer when you don't see them as often? Have you ever had a falling out? Miley & Mandy seemed to recently have a major break from one another due to their busy schedules and now are back together filming their YouTube show.
What is it like with YOUR friends?
I always need breaks from them because they follow me around like puppies. It's very annoying.
yeah i definatly need a break from them like a couple of them are so clingy and dependent on me its disgusting so i just ignore them! its mean but what else can i do they will not leave me alone so over summer yeah i just sorta lounge out by myself! i totally agree hotgrl its super annoying
i guess sometimes... all of my friends and i have different schedules including sports and stuff like that that keep us busy but we always find some time during the summer to stay tight! :) thats a good thing!

Well we do what we can. Sometimes we just talk at school and don't do anything over the weekend. We understand that we need breaks from each other. Like being by yourself or hanging out with different people.

yea when it comes to spring break and summer a i dont usually call people epialy if its a small break we have. summer i usually like to keep in touch but if i dont have a person number i cant help but not talk to them until school starts again.
YES! I think that breaks away from your best friend is OK, because you need a break once in a while. Make sure it's not frequent and be sure to let them know that you remember them though.

Well i only have 2 bffs and its 1 boy and 1 girl. I hang out with them. They sometimes non - stop talk to me. I havent talk to him for 3 months and my bff steph i talk to her all the time. Some friends dont leave me alone. I just want my normal friends to back off so i can have my own life.

I really dont think that you can have "breaks" with friends. Um I understand in the summer if you are on vacay and you dont see them, but if you arent talking to each other for a few, several, or even numerous months, I am thinking that the friendship isnt as strong as it was. A lot of times kids have something happen in the family that feels like tragedy. You want your friends and everyone around you to leave you alone. Recently my uncle died and when I found out how I felt like my whole world was shut out like the dark, night sky. All of my friends have helped me get through my rough days a bit easier. Especially Amber. I hope anyone who reads this understands that it is okay to be alone sometimes, but everyone always needs someone on their side whenever you need them. Through my tough time I have had more than enough people with me. Thank you.

My best friend Joyce was friends with me all last year. If felt like she was the only person who gets me and understood and laughedat all my jokes. Then summer came and my parents announced that we were goin to London all summer, I was really exited but also sad because my best friend and i had all of our summer planned out..swimming, parks ect. then after my trip school started and i was soo exitedto see my best freind again...but thenshe found new friends and didnt care about me anymore.....i was devastated and was forced to find new friends...so i do think tat bff breaks can effect your friendships.

Raina: It depends on our schedules. Sometimes we have plans and everything works out, and sometimes we both are busy and can't hang out for a while.

I've had break ups with my BFF's twice. One was in Arizona and my BFF Elaina, but it was all just a big misunderstanding. Nicole had told me that Elaina wasn't my friend anymore because she was jealous, but Elaina really said that she wasn't Nicole's friend anymore. But I really do hate BFF Break-Ups. Over the summer me and my friend always hung out but now she just wants to take a break from me? IDK Y??
Oh and I really want to take a break from my one friend cause she always starts rumors about me?
But I usually don't like to take breaks from my friends and I hate it when friends take breaks from me! UGGHH
well I go to a small privite school and I'm 13.I am pretty close friends with all of them.But only like 5 of them I do stuff with out side of school.minus birthday
partys and games.So most of them I don't see for like
1 month and then like at the end of July I see them at my friends birthday party.And two times in August before school starts for mine and my friends before school parties.So yeah I do take a break with like most of them.And taking a year break with them because I'm taking a year off of that school.And I will
see them again in nineth grade :)

no way! me and my bffs cant go one day w/o seeing each other. yesterday, we talked about how we may not see each that much in the summer and how in high school (im in grade 8 going on to high school) we may not have classes together so we started crying so the answer to the question is a definite no.
I don't think it's cool 2 take a break from ur friends!! See i have 2 go to Arizona 4 2 months on summer break, and i don't live there in fact it's 1,600 miles away from here. I will REALLY miss my friends and i won't see them at all. I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! But, sometimes they do get very hard 2 b around and i do need a break but, not 4 that long.
Sometimes, yeah. My BFF has a crush on the guy I'VE been crushing on for 4 years. She knows it, too. We're both, like, really close to his sister, and she was almost rubbing it in my face that 'they' (which consisted only of the sister!) invited her over a few nights ago. She barely spoke to me all day unless it was about that! I was so annoyed. I thought sharing a crush would be easy and fun. I was SO wrong! >:|

My friends are like the family I choose! I love them but sometimes I need a break from some of them. Breaks are good but sometimes if it's too long something terrible can happen to your friendship, so you have to be careful!

OMG!?!?! yes I do actually have breaks from my friends but I still miss them but we get mad at each other alot. Sometimes we have breaks over the summer becuase we are are always traveling. but during skool we are like pb&j especially since we play sports together and joke around. we also keep personall spirals wit each other so that way we can say some things to each other which brings us closer. either way i luv them even though they can be annoying their my BFF's!!!
im goin 2 Holden beach with a couple of my bfffls its at the end of North Carolina we go snorkling fishing if we go way far out we look at the collegde UNC!

When i take a "BREAK" WITH MY FRIENDS,
we eventually get in fights. If the person is your friend you have to treat them fairly. Call them up sometime and say hey how ya doin or do you wanna hang out tyonight? Live everyday to its fullest, and love your friends till the end!

Well i never really BFF breaks with my friends but we hang out at school.
My friends and i never leave each others sides. we are always supporting each other and laughing and hanging out :)
I don't seem to have good karma with BFF's. Like my one in 4th-5th grade. I was a year younger than Chelsea, but that wasn't a problem when I was in 4th grade. We were best friends, and did everything together outside of school. When she entered 6th grade, I went into 5th grade. Then, her friends made fun of me and Chelsea dropped me like a box of rocks.
And my more recent Best Friend disaster: Cora. We were friends for two years. She was awesome, funny, cool, sort of a hippie. She dyed her hair pink just before I dyed mine blue. She was over at my house enough to be my sister. Inseperable. That is, until her brother lied to his mom and dad and said I pulled a knife on him. Cora knew he was lying, but she sided with him. We went through a break-up, and then we made up. I forgave her for it. Big mistake. About a month later, she dropped me and told me to hit the road through txt messages and e-mails. Ones with massive amounts of threats and cussing. Now, she bullies me and no one believes me when I try to stand up for myself. She sends rude e-mails, and even turned three of my good friends against me.
Lesson learned. If you're BFF seems to be taking advantage of you, and seems to be a fake, she probably isn't a good person. Would've loved to know that before dealing with her. Now, I'm considering a restraining order and telling her mom. Who might believe me.
yeah my bff is going to camp for like 4 weeks and then another camp so ill only see her for 2 weeks. i love her though shes like a sister to me so hopefully she has a great time at camp

I'd say I dont Need breaks from my Friends very often because,when were together its crazy we act silly and goofy wich is awesome!!were just like demi lovato and selena gomez!!Cant wait till summer and hang out on vaca!!

i think that my friends and i dont need that many breaks,like we dont hangout like eveyday,but if you have like a group of friends, like every other day can be like with other people, so whether or not you need a break depends on the friends themselves. i love my friends, and then there are like the people who say "hi" or just like "we shuld chill sometimes," and like they're not your closest friends, but try hanging out with a variety of people, but if you soon begin hanging out with the wrong peeps, get out of their clique immediately! and take a break if you need time for yourself:)
