America voted... and Scott McIntyre was eliminated from American Idol last night. The judges deliberated for quite a bit on whether to use their "Judges' Save" -- their ability to keep one contestant in the competition even after the country has voted them off.

Even though they were split 50/50, Simon Cowell delivered the news that Scott would not be returning.
