Hey J-14ers!
It's Tierney, one of the J-14 interns, and I wanted to share with you a little secret of mine: I love country music! I 'm obsessed with Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, and a lot of other awesome artists! That's why I was super excited when I heard country singer Jesse Lee was coming into the J-14 offices -- and that I was interviewing her! She was a total sweetheart and had me laughing the entire time!
First, Jesse sang for us -- she was amazing! She performed her single, "It's a Girl Thing", which was so catchy and has already made its way onto my summer playlist! She also sang another song for us called "Cry Baby", which was really sweet. Her lyrics are so relatable, plus she plays guitar, just like another country blonde we all know and love! Yep, Jesse is totally the next Taylor Swift!
Jesse also had such incredible style -- I mean who else could rock blue streaks in their hair?! She looked like a total rockstar. She was also wearing an adorable feather headband, which was so weird because I had one on too! We realized we both bought them at Urban Outfitters and went on to complain about how much we spent on them!
But Jesse's biggest secret of all? She's a huge Twilight fan! She even hopes Rob and Kristen getting together. "I always thought they'd start dating in real life," she told me. Don't worry -- she loves Taylor Lautner, too! "He's really cute," Jesse reveals. "A lot cuter with short hair!" I totally agree! Sorry Tay, but Jesse is totally Team Edward!

Yay, first comment! I like country music, but the only country I like is Tay Swift! That's the only girl for me. I love to rock out to the All-American Rejects, Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus, and Jonas Brother's "Paranoid". I'm also lovin' the 80's right now, like Bon Jovi. And I LOVE Lady Gaga's techno sound!

I LOVE counry music. but the only thing is that some of the country songs by the girls are turning in to hip hop songs. ppl who i think have stayed country are Eric Church, George Straight, and Jason Aldean (a few more but those are the top. and also Shania Twain and Reba! i like other music but country is my fav!
I like most of the country music.
But she doesnt go with country.
Taylor Swift is an amazing singer, I love all of her songs. I'm also liking Paramore.

ok so this has nothing to do with this article but i'll say it any way. have u guys at j14 ever thought about making j14 more avalible in the uk cos me and my friends get it every month from our local newsagent which gets it in from america. if u made sold it propally in the uk like every girl between the ages of 10-16 would buy it as it actually has proper articles like an interview with the jbros mom. magazines over here don't have any info just rubbish free gifts.
