Rumors are swirling that Taylor Lauter and Selena Gomez have broken up! Our friend in Canada tells us that Taylor felt pressure to stay single from his father and Summit Entertainment, who's the movie studio behind The Twilight Saga.

Taylor and Selena first met at the airport back in November -- just a two days after Taylor revealed to Ryan Seacrest that he has a crush on her. They only gave each other cute smiles while going through security.
The couple reunited in Vancouver in April where Selena is filming Ramona and Beezus and Taylor is filming New Moon. The couple was first spotted on the Canadian streets on Thursday, April 23 after leaving a coffee date Caffe Artigiano. After that, Sel and Tay couldn't hide their feelings for much longer! Just a few days after, Selena and Taylor were being super-playful with each other after leaving a date at the Cactus Club!
As J-14 reported, Selena and Taylor went on several other dates, including one where we exclusively confirmed that they ate edamame and drank water and went to see the movie Obsessed.
So what went wrong? Our source tells us that before Taylor left Vancouver on Friday (New Moon is now shooting in Italy), the couple was supposed to hang out, but Taylor didn't return Selena's calls! (That doesn't sound like our boy, right?!)
Another reason? Taylor was also spotted hanging out with Victoria Justice in Vancouver, where she's also filming a movie! Were Selena and Victoria fighting over Taylor? You'll have to get, J-14's July issue, on stands Monday, to find out!
We'll keep you posted as this story develops -- interestingly enough, both Selena and Taylor are scheduled to be at the MTV Movie Awards this Sunday! Eek!

I don't think they broke up, I'm not even sure if they were dating (but they make a really cute couple). Maybe they're taking a break from each other and it's all a big misunderstanding. If I had to pick who's better for Taylor I would pick SELENA over victoria. Even though she knew him longer Selena is more down to earth and that's the type Taylor deserves.
