J-14 reader Samantha from NJ had the best morning of her life! She got pulled out of the crowd at the Today Show to meet Shia LaBeouf! Sam shared her story only with J-14:
"Me and my friends woke up at 3:30 and took the bus into NYC to get there around 6 am. I was determined to meet Shia! I asked Matt Lauer [Editor's note: He's the host of the Today Show] if Shia was going to come out on the plaza, but as soon as I asked that, the camera was on me and I asked Shia himself! Then before you know it I was being taken inside.
They put a mic on me and I gave him his coffee! Shia was super sweet and very handsome -- as always! I couldnt believe it happened! Off-screen he was a cool guy. I honestly don't even remember what we talked about -- I was too excited. While taking the pictures with him I asked for a kiss and he did it -- hence my face in the picture!"

I have been a Shia fan since the first time I ever saw him (even before Even Stevens!) I always thought of him as perfect. So growing up I was always reading about him and trying to find out what he is really like, even off screen. I have never met him but I would give anything in the world to have that chance. I am very happy that a fellow fan was lucky enough to meet him :) Because that gives me hope. If I were ever to meet him I would simply ask him if I could spend one day, all day, just me and him. I think that would be the greatest thing in the world.
