After months of working together -- and hanging out together -- on The Twilight Saga: New Moon in Vancouver and Italy, Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart finally went their separate ways yesterday.
They hung out together one last time in Los Angeles on Sunday night, after both won big honors at the MTV Movie Awards, and then Monday afternoon, Rob hopped on a plane from LAX to New York City's JFK airport.
On their last night, the costars/friends went to to the Italian restaurant, Cecconi's, in West Hollywood, and then headed back to The Charlie Hotel (also in WeHo), with police escorts in tow.
Rob will spend the summer in New York working on another Summit Entertainment film, Remember Me, due out next Valentine's Day weekend.
The two will reunite in Vancouver this October for the filming of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.

my dad was traveling to japan for buisness and we picked him uo yesterday morning at JFK in nyc cuz we live like an hour away but robert pattinson was there and thank god i brought twilight and was wearing my team edward shirt and carry a pen/marker in my bag. he was no joke 3-4 feet away from me!!!! i got my book and shirt signed and so many pixs!!!

Um, they totally cut that from the scene in the first movie where they were kissing in her room. You can tell if you look at certain areas, like under Robert's chin. It's too sharp to be a natural picture. But, hey, I couldn't do that with a camera, so, kudos to whoever did it!
