Well me&my friends always try to be competitive in foot racing but when we really want to see who is better, one of our friends watches the other two race and tells us who wins bye how many seconds! Real fun =)

Well me and my best friend both tried out for the same part in the school play and it was the lead but then i descided to resign the role so she could get it everyone needs there chance to follow there dreams and i wasnt going to get in the way of hers! Well i'm not competitive and neither are my friends but i have dealt with jealousy and ended up loosing a friend for it, Honestly it sucks but after a while you think that if that person was a real BFF then they wouldn't let anything break the friendship.

Im Not that competitive with my friends. There are times that i am but i believe everyone can be. I know that my friends are better than me in ways i cant be bt then again i have things they dont and together we make up for them. when we stick together nothing can get in our way. So yes there are rare times we joke compete but never get mad at eachother in the end and im thankful for that.

I am not really jealous of my friends. We are all equal, not in the sense that we all are the same. but no one is better then the other. One of my friends is always comparing herslef to me however and it's quite annoying. She is always asking what mark i got on projects,tests,worksheets anything you get graded on, she usually gets lower then me and not because shes dumb but because i am a bit smarter in some subjects and she is average. She beats herself up beacuse she doesnt beat my grade and it is silly.

Haha, my friends and I compete over clothes! It's funny like our styles. Some of us get jealous at times when one of us gets a new trend and we like it but are considered to be "copiers" if we use it. It's kinda annoying but.
I think we all do in our diff ways but the most thing they are all competitive about is who has more clothes and who has more money and when my friends and I have fights about that I always end up loosing and that really sucks!!!

My friend and I were going for the lead in the school play, and the whole class voted on auditions and I kinda won on a landslide. My friend was soo jealous, and I was close to giving up my role for her when she told me to be proud of my accomplishments and that she'd be in the front row.
When she moved I was jealous of how her school did formal dances, when my school didn't. But eventually I was the one helping her pick out her dress and do her hair and make-up!

Uhhmmmm, me and my bestfriend sometimes get competitive over some guys. Like there's this one guy that we both like and she would always get competitive by saying that I'm younger and that he wouldn't want to date someone younger than him and she's only one year older than me.

My friends and I are a little competitive with each other, but its not on purpose. At school, we will compare test scores and assignment marks, and sure we'd be happpy if we got a higher mark then the other, but we're not like "HA, this time i did better then you"!!

Thats kind of how teenagers are girls are more competitive about guys and how they look and guys are pretty competitive in sports. My friend and i are kind of competitive becuase she just trys to show off and then when i tell her i like a guy its like she starts to like him too and its really annoying. My cousin and I are so competitive. Everything is a compition with her and then if one of us doesnt win then we are like "oh i dont want to play anymore", or els "thats not fair" haha its kinda funny :P but we always make up in the end because were family. :)

me & my friends are competitive, but its mostly in sports were we tend to end up on differnt teams. or when...well...idk. were not THAT competitive, except in sports, but after the game we are friends again. but we do try to beat our old records in "how fast can 4 best friends eat that bag of salt & vinagar lays" and see who can flick gummy bears farther. we arnt competitive in grades because we are all better than everybody at something. we stay away from friends crushes and ex's unless we ask the friend who is the guy's ex or her crush. though we play tips at the pool with around 20 people and bend the rules a lot. its really fun.

Me and my very best friend get very competitive over grades. Espically in classes that we have together. Like science class, we spent all week doing our project just to see who would get the higher mark. In the end we ended up geting the same grade but it pushes us to do our best. So I guess its a good thing. :)

my friends devanee and priscilla fight all the time. they can never agree on anything. and in fact it's always devanee most of the time that starts all the fights. and its really annoying. one time one of them gave the other a bloody nose so thats when i drawed the line and i said if they can't get along then i don't want to be friends. SO they apologize to each other. IT's so frustrating when they do that all the time.

My best friend and I don't really compete. We are each good at our own things. For example, by best friend gets all the guys - no joke. Yes, it gets me mad sometimes, but then I remember that the guys that she thinks are her best friends, are just guys looking for a relationship, and she eventually loses them after they ask her out and create an awkward relationship. I have one friend who is jealous of most people.
She got blonde highlights in her black hair, a nose peircing, a second peircing on her ears, and bought a lot of clothes from fancy brands.
Then I bought a couple new clothes from one brand and she got really jealous people were saying, "Wow, Sarah, you look awesome!" so she bought a lot of clothes (she later bragged she paid $215 for them, but I doubt that even though at one of her pool parties, I opened something and found like a stack of money but turned out it was $26 since it was all ones) and she got REALLY mad no one was paying attection to her.
So my friend who got really jealous wore sweaters and regular jeans, and then in after spring break, she got pretty layers, a second peircing, a nose peircing, and all those fancy brands. My friends and I don't compete A LOT. I mean, we have our moments but then we know when to stop and where to end the problem. What we usually compete against is BOYS. One of my friends, think all the guys like her. The guy she thought liked her and the guy she liked, turned out to like me. When she found out, she ignored me for days and acted all mean towards me. So I told her that it wasn't fair she treat me this way, and that she wasn't acting like a real friend. We aren't friends anymore and I'm glad because the constant fighting in my life is now gone.

But the only time we get competitive is when we fight like trying to get as much people as possible on our sides. But that's as far as it goes. We also do have funny arguments(not the arguments that gets us all mad) about who's music is better, as you can see she's a Pop Princess and I'm a Rock Rebel. There's very few songs that I like that comes out now a days, but it's usually nightwish. We both like Celtic Women, and they sing Irish music which we both love. IL Divo and Celtic Women are the only non-rock group I listen to...I also listen to German Volkmusik too. But that's as far as it goes with competing against each other.
I have another BFF and we never fight. AND WE'RE LIKE TWINS!! She listes to Elton John 80's too. But we do get competitve without mentioning it to each other like with Spelling Bees(which she wins a lot) but we don't go bragging to each other. The weird thing is, she's sworn enemy with my other BFF I was just talking about. They both are enemies to each other.
And there's this other girl in my class that EVERYONE competes with, and even the 2nd dumbest person doesn't have to try hard. She's not my friend, she no longer has friends...except for the teachers which is dorky. But everyone would have higher test scores if the teacher didn't look at her paper and correct it....she just puts 100 without seeing if the answers are correct.
Oh and one of my friends on dress down days we compete over who shows up in the coolest outfit....but we never really talked about it before. We're just the type that dresses SUPA chic and fancy and all the in styles, but we don't fight who's is better. Everyone gives us compliments anyway. But we don't fight a lot. I don't think we're really really competitve, but that's my opinion. Tell me if you think we're competitve.
It's ok if BFFs fight sometimes. Say if you were friends since you were five or six, you probably do fight once in a while. It's not like you can have a friend for 6 years or more without having major disagreements. and even if you do fight, your relationship will get stronger sometimes, e.i. your fighting over a boy and he just goes out with both of you, or he causes a major prob with both of you, then you'll know never to fight over a boy again. And while your fighting and say "I'm not your friend anymore," you will eventually make up and be friends. BFF-Best Friends FOREVER. See the forever part?

We have tons and tons of fun together and i couldn't imagine being apart during the school year because we are invinsible! But of course us being so much alike we really do like the same things. most of all we love to entertain. So situations come up where I go take singing lessons and go for an audition for acting somewhere and i tell her about it and she automatically feelslike she needs to one-up me so she goes and does modeling or dance or whatever. Its also the other way around its just how its always been. When i was little i didnt like wearing socks and my parents would say "Come on, put on your socks. Jessie does it!" And i would get mad and be like well that doesnt mean i have to. So its always been this competition and always will be and i know we can't both succeed and be famous together and thats all i really want so that scares me sometimes. She's also really skinny and more hyper than i am so sometimes i seriously feel like she will do better than me in the industry and it totally brings me down. But for now we are just hanging out in our small town working our way up, laughing and competing the whole way. We don't fight much anymore cause i don't let her bug me with what she does i just don't want to know. So yeahh lol

My best friend and I liked the same guy last year and it ended in disaster!! She lived close to him but I never really knew if they knew each other.It was 4th grade when I really met him and he always stared at me. I liked him the first time i saw him but the next year i told my friend that i liked him. She responded by saying that she liked him ever since they were really young, but she didn't tell me she liked him before i told her. She decided to write things about me in a special little notebook and at lunch time she would show every one at the table. She made him guitar picks and he told her that his friend broke it in half and gave it back. So she made him another and we never saw it again. After that she said she didn't like him anymore because he liked me. Then the next day she would say she liked him again. She started to like some one else who my other best friend liked so she just wanted to try and hurt both of us. she got really competitive and hated me and wrote stuff like "I LOVE so and so". Since then she wouldn't talk to me and she would turn my friends against me. After that i realized that she wasn't a true friend. LOL im over it but... I'm not over him!!!

Well some times it's kinda hard not to get jealous of my friend because she is good at everything!!! ALL sports, she's a good runner, bowler, football player, soccer player, and softball player. Also she's a gymnast so when eve she does any of her little flips and stuff every body's like wow that was so cool! All the boys want her to be on their team even when I'm little bit better at something then her! She also has tons of nieghbors that she babysits and i don't have one so she goes bragging to me how much money she makes, and it just get really annoying. So it's really hard not to be jealous.

I was friends with the same friend for five years, niether of us had any other friends. But when we started middle school, things changed. She had always been the quiet one, and so that she wouldn't get left out of things I started speaking for her. What I didn't know was she hated it. Then she was diagnosed with type one diabeties. I was as supportive as I could be.We started fighting, and for the first time she started branching out. I was amazed at the attention she got, and she started rumors about me making me look like a bad guy. Now, after two years, the quiet, inocent girl I knew is a rebellious, goth looking girl. I miss her terribly to this day. But I do have new friends now, it just took me a while. But her jealousy of me always having the voice in our fiendship, along with other things, ended our friendship, when i was just trying to be a good friend.
