J-14 ran into True Jackson, VP'sKeke Palmer right after breakfast at the Windjammer Cafe on the Nick Family Cruise, and she told us that she was excited to head off the boat. We were in Mazatlan, on the West Coast of Mexico, a tourist town full of beaches and small shops. When we met up with her back on the boat that afternoon, we totally understood why she was so psyched.
