It's almost time for the sixth drama-filled season of The Hills to begin (premiering on MTV Tuesday September 29 at 10:00 p.m. ET!) but today it's all about Heidi Montag who is celebrating her 23rd birthday! Heidi just Tweeted that this will be the best birthday ever with her hubby Spencer by her side and a new dog! Happy Birthday, Heidi!

i never believed in the whole "dumb blonde" jokes till I heard of Heidi Pratt...
I hate her. If she saw one of us on the street, her and Spencer would probably spit on us. They think they are high above us. "King Spencer Pratt"? really? You have to put "king" in your name? They were such babies in I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Outta Here! They were like, aww it physically hurt us. Ugh it's soo annoying. None of the other people got sick except Janice, but who knows if she was really sick. Anyways, they were doing it for CHARITY!! They couldn't have a freakin' five star more for more than a month?
