So... I have a subscription to this mag (I LOVEEE j-14!) so I get the mag a little earlier. And I was reading it today and on the "bad clothes happen to bad stars" page #pg 99#, there was a picture of Keri Hilson wearing huge red circle earrings with a silhouette of africa on them. I would just like to point out that the symbol on those earrings is very similar to the invisible children logo. Invisible Children is an organization that raises money for families in Uganda, Africa. Uganda is a small country in mid-Africa that has been at war for over 40 years. A violent leader in Uganda has been kidnapping children as young as 4 YEARS OLD to fight in this civil war against their brothers, parents, sisters, aunts, uncles, etc. Some of the children he has taken have been used as sex slaves and become pregnant in THE worst possible environment. Those who haven't been kidnapped have to live in dirty huts, sleeping on top of each other to keep warm and safe. They are malnourished and sick, with no relief. No medicine. Nothing. My school was lucky enough to have some IC representatives visit our school. They gave a presentation to show us what was going on. It's the worst thing I've ever seen. BUT YOU CAN HELP!
