Millions of viewers (including us!) tuned in yesterday to watch The Vampire Diaries premiere... in fact, it was the most-watched season premiere on The CW -- ever!
But today the cast of the overnight sensation made news for another reason. A few of the cast members landed in jail in Forsyth, Georgia, after a photo shoot on a bridge prompted people driving by to call the police on August 22. Reports say that they were hanging from the bridge recklessly.
The show's lead star, Nina Dobrev, was among those arrested... as were Sara Canning, Kayla Ewell, and Candice Accola.

Know see the Twilight stars did a HUGE movie and they are terrified to go out in public.Yet u see these people who made a HUGE book into a major show and one day after that show comes out u see this all over the internet. that shows the twilight cast is younger and more mature

I saw Vampire Diaries and I thought that it was almost like twilight(almost, not completely!) But there is something unique about the show.So I ask, "Why not like Twilight and Vampire Diaries?"

First of all I would like to say that it was a photo shoot and there were harnesses involved even though no one was really hanging off a bridge, major exaggeration. However someone forgot to get the proper permits for the photo shoot so all involved were arrested and later all charges dropped... As for twilight, Vampire Diaries was written way before Twilight was even thought of and Twilight stole alot of its ideas about vampires from the Vampire Diaries Books....In closing i went to see Twilight in the theaters when it came out and i left the theater extremely disappionted and p_ssed that i had just spent my money on some of the poorest acting i have seen in years. I could believe i wasted my money on it. However being the vampire fan that i am out of all of the books and movies i have ever seen or read NO ONE WILL EVER do Vampires like ANN RICE. She made them real and more human and carved the way for all of these movies and books. Not even Bram Stroker could do that.
