Tonight, MTV is bringing back two of your favorite shows: America's Best Dance Crew and Taking the Stage! J-14 got a first hand look at the fifth season of ABDC when we sat in during the NYC auditions. With a lot of really cool crews including jump ropers, hip hoppers, tappers, and a super-talented all-girl group that totally blew us away -- we have a feeling the fifth season of America's Best Dance Crew will be the best yet. Plus, R&B superstar Omarion will be joining judges Lil Mama and JC Chasez this time around!

Right after ABDC, Taking the Stage is back for its second season following an all new class (pictured above) at the School for Creative and Performing Arts. Watch the exclusive never-before-seen clip from this season below:
