Known for amazing outfits and haute hairdos, Lady Gaga is working to remind us that, "charity is very fashionable!" On The Monster Ball Tour, Gaga has been teaming up with Virgin Mobile and the RE*Generation campaign to fight teenage homelessness! Check out the video below (it plays at the beginning of all of her concerts) where she talks about the cause and promises to match her fan's donations up to $25,000.
And this Sunday January 24, Lady Gaga will add her name to the list of stars in support of Haiti -- she will donate all of her concert proceeds from her NYC show to the earthquake relief. If you won't be at the show, don't worry! You can still donate by logging onto ladygaga.com January 24. The proceeds from any merchandise that you buy on her site will go to Haiti.
Don't forget to tune into the Hope for Haiti Now telethon tonight at 8p.m. ET!

at my schol we sell candy grams for valentines day and usually make $300 at the least from it. this year we will donate half of that too haiti and also next to the area where we sell the cards we will have a bucket for donations. we will also put buckets in allthe classes for more donations. plus at our basketball games we are starting to sell candycand all the mo0ney we get for the candy will also go to haiti.
at my school we had a draw so as much money as u bring like lets say..... 20 u would like get 20 draws so u can win a movie for ur class and get humongous COOKIES! AND.......... HOT CHOCOLATE!!!!!!!!!!!
That's good that lady gaga is doing stuff to help the people in Haiti. My family and I donated a bunch of money to help. I think we donated 50$, which for us is a lot right now because our family is really tight on money right now.
that's great that lady gaga is helping the people in Haiti. my parents donated 200$ and my class is trying to get at least 200$. at my brother's school, if they raise 1000$, the principal will shave his head bald!

I'm really glad celebrities are joining in to help Haiti. They influence a lot of people, so they're in a great position to get involved.
I hate to admit that I personally haven't really done anything specific for Haiti. I'm still trying to figure out what I can do.
One more point I feel the need to make...why is it that people only really try to help others when a big disaster happens? There are homeless people with no food all over the world. There are kids without education all over the world. We should try to help others all the time, not just when tragedy strikes.

i think that lady gaga is really nice for donating to haiti but one thig that botheres me is that when we had hurricane katerina here we couldnt even get food and water to them and they are closer to us than haiti is but everyone thinks that we all need to panic over haitis hurricane but i still think that its kinda stupid that we couldnt even get water to people when the hurricane happend here yeah i feel bad for haiti but still idk whats going to happen????

At mt school we have a "Haiti box"and it's sectioned off for the 6th 7th and 8th graders to put money in.

lady gaga is right we should help Haiti. because our parish and my school have donated $600 I go to a catholic school in Forestville or in Bristol CT. And she is the best!! you rock LADY GAGA!!
