I think Amanda did, the red strappy shoes she wore made the design pop while Jennifer's white heels didn't do anything.

There's really no question about it. Amanda totally wore it better. Jen looks like a pretty little ghost because of how pale she is. Amanda's darker skin tone makes the white dress pop.
