Last year's American Idol winner, Kris Allen, might have won over America with his good looks, charming persona, and smooth vocals, but his debut album proves that Kris is far from just another pretty face! His self-titled debut album is full of fresh songs -- ranging from those you want to jam out to in your car, to others that are raw, organic, and filled with emotion.

His first single "Live Like We're Dying" soared up the charts with it's catchy, pop beat, but it's lyrics aren't all fun and games -- they're honest and true and can teach everyone one of the most important lessons on how to live life with no regrets.

Lesson Learned: Bad hair day? Is your skin breaking out? Did you have a silly argument with your friend and do you feel invisible to your crush? We all have moments like these that can almost make it feel as if it's the end of the world. However, chin up, J-14ers. In the bigger picture, none of these things are going to matter a couple of years from now. You never know what's going to happen tomorrow so stop focusing on the small negative things in your life and start living in the moment. Take a chance, enjoy the beautiful day, and you'd be surprised how much brighter the world seems.
