It was just announced that Selena Gomez is set to star in the new flick Monte Carlo. The movie, which will be produced by Nicole Kidman and possibly star Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester, is about a group of American girls who ditch a low-key vacay in Paris and pretend to be rich girls vacationing in Monaco.

This won't be Selena's first major movie role -- remember, her flick Ramona and Beezus, is hitting the silver screen on July 23!
