They'll be tons of girl power on hand for the MTV Movie Awards -- Katy Perry has just joined Christina Aguilera as the latest singer to perform at this year's awards show. Katy will be singing her new song, "California Gurls" -- the upbeat summer anthem is the first single off her upcoming album Teenage Dream, dropping August 24.

"I'm proud to represent the West Coast at the MTV Movie Awards in the magical glow of the Hollywood sign with my new single "California Gurls," Katy says. The singer filmed the music video for "California Gurls" over this past weekend.

It was also just announced that the cast of Grown Ups (Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, David Spade and Rob Schneider), Paul Rudd, How I Met Your Mother's Jason Segel, Anna Kendrick, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Park and Recreation's Aubrey Plaza have been added as presenters -- they join some of your faves including Zac Efron, Miranda Cosgrove, Vanessa Hudgens, and Shaun White.
