Hey J-14ers,
I'm so psyched to be go to Warped Tour this weekend! Being the music junkie I am (hello, Bamboozle), this is pretty much heaven for me because I get to see some of my fave bands -- Artist Vs. Poet, The All-American Rejects, The Pretty Reckless, We The Kings, Alkaline Trio, VersaEmerge, Reel Big Fish, The Bouncing Souls, and way more!
To prep for the big event, I got some advice from two awesome singers -- Hey Monday's Cassadee Pope and Christofer Drew of Never Shout Never -- and if you're going to any shows this summer, it's great advice for you too!
Cassadee says the top five things you should bring with you to Warped Tour are "sunscreen, lip balm, hats, dresses, and sandals." Her top five list for herself is pretty cool, too -- she wants to "gain as many fans as possible, gain as many friends as possible, sing with Four Year Strong, stay healthy, and get as many tan lines as possible."
And what's Christofer's advice? Catch these five bands: Closure in Moscow, The All-American Rejects, Polar Bear Club, Suicide Silence, and Emmure.
