Last week, J-14 spread the word about Stand Up to Cancer's new PSA starring Zac Efron, Dakota Fanning, and Logan Lerman, and now even more stars are speaking out. The Teen Choice Awards were filled with laughs, but dozens of stars like Selena Gomez, Ian Somerhalder, Victoria Justice, Sterling Knight, and David Archuleta took time out on the blue carpet to send a more serious message supporting cancer research.
