The Nickeloden and Disney worlds are colliding! Miley Cyrus was spotted hanging out with Victorious star and Victoria Justice's best friend, Avan Jogia, in Beverly Hills yesterday.

Dressed in ripped jeans, brown boots, and a long sweater, Miley kept her distance from Avan as they walked several feet apart, trying to play coy. Both stars were even on their phones at one point!
Even though Miley reunited with Liam Hemsworth when she got back to L.A. after filming LOL all summer, the pair have not been spotted together in weeks! So are Miley and Liam over? Is Miley moving on to Avan? Stay tuned as this story develops!
