Glee's Cory Monteith isn't just on a musical TV show, he sees music as an essential in his life. That's why he has partnered with The VH1 Save The Music Foundation and Apple & Eve Fruitables for the second annual search for the Best School Music Mash-Ups in America.

Cory will act as a judge and help choose finalists. The winners will be announced in May and the two best schools' performances will win $10,000 each toward their respective music programs. Fruitables will also donate $1 for every new Facebook fan until August 31 to the Foundation.
"I'm really excited to be working with Fruitables in the search for the Best School Music Mash-Ups in America once again," Cory says. "Music education is really important to me, and I'm happy to be a part of a program that supports it."
