While filming So Undercover in New Orleans, Miley Cyrus took time out of her busy schedule to make a 13-year-old boy's dream come true. The foundation Kids Wish Network flew Daymon, a huge Miley Cyrus fan who suffers from Spina Bifida (a condition where kids suffer from different degrees of paralysis, ambulatory problems, loss of sensation, and deformation of the hips, knees and feet), to New Orleans to meet his idol.

"That's all he ever wanted," says Daymon's mother, Nancy. "He barely slept [the night before]!"
Daymon says that meeting Miley was the "best time of my life!" "We talked about her show, her movies... everything. It was really awesome!" he says.
