Justin Bieber is all about giving back -- even if it means chopping off his famous locks! Yesterday on the set of his new music video with Rascal Flatts for "That Should Be Me," Justin sported a new, shorter 'do. (Above -- with RF member Jay DeMarcus.)

Justin said he wanted to "change it up" and thought his new cut was "kind of a mature look." All the hair from Justin's cut was collected and he will be giving it to different people to auction off for charity.
"yeah so it's true...i got a lil haircut...i like it...and we are giving all the hair cut to CHARITY to auction. Details coming soon," Justin Tweeted.
