Yesterday, Miley Cyrus was spotted getting cozy with her So Undercover costar Joshua Bowman at Griffith Park in L.A. Their park play date added fuel to the rumors that Miley and Josh are an item, though neither one of them will say if they are boyfriend and girlfriend.

So who is Joshua Bowman? The 22-year-old was born in Berkshire, England and was rumored to be dating singer Amy Winehouse in 2009. Besides So Undercover, Joshua will star in the flicks, The Art of Love, Exteriors, and Love's Kitchen, all out in 2011.
