This Monday, Francia Raisa reprises her role as Adrian on of The Secret Life of the American Teenager. She took time off from her busy schedule to chat with J-14 about what to expect this season, her real-life friendships with the cast, and more!
New episodes of The Secret Life air Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC Family.
J-14: What can fans expect in the new episodes?
Francia Raisa: Well, as always, they can expect a lot of drama. There are a lot of juicy stories going on. I think some new hookups. I'm pretty good at not saying what's going on, but it'll definitely be entertaining with this new season.
J-14: What's going to happen between Ben and Adrian?
FR: They were talking about possibly getting married, so I think they're going to touch on that subject just a little more this new season and await the baby.
J-14: What are three reasons fans should tune in?
FR: Well, one is that it's very entertaining. Two, you get to see a lot of your favorite couples come back again -- and we left you with a cliffhanger about what might happen with them so I think you'll guys really enjoy what's about to happen. And three, it's something for you guys to talk about in school.
J-14: What's the relationship like between the Secret Life cast members when the cameras stop rolling?
FR: We hate each other... I'm playing! We have the best relationship. I feel really blessed because we are all really, really close. The boys are like my brothers. I went on a trip with them to Cabo recently and we had so much fun. Also, I'm just so close with the girls. They're like my sisters. I run to them for everything. We all just get along really well. Any time Shay needs something, she'll call me up and we're just there for each other.
J-14: What do you have to say to your fans?
FR: I just want to thank the fans for their support they've given me. I love meeting them and they are always so excited about the show and I just hope they really enjoy it. I just want to let them know that I love them so much. I can't wait for them to check out the new season!
