Joe Jonas may be gearing up for the release of his debut solo album Fastlife (out October 11), but that hasn't stopped the always-on-the-go star from accomplishing another one of his dreams -- starring in a big-screen movie! In fact, Joe just announced that he's set to star and produce a yet-to-be-titled flick! "I was in Mexico City last week and my manager called me and said, 'The movie's financed!'" he says. "I was, like, in tears."

Joe is keeping hush hush on the plot, but he says that he'll play a "young man who is finding himself." "The storyline is still bare bones, but I will say he has a specific dream that he wants to accomplish, and it's the good and the bad he has to go through to get there," he says. "It's going to be an older-feeling kind of movie."
Joe also says that he wants the movie to have the same kind of emotions like his favorite movie The Four Feathers. "It's funny, romantic, passionate... I want to do something like that."
