After countless rumors that Demi Lovato and That 70's Show star Wilmer Valderrama are dating, the pair confirmed the speculation when were spotted smooching outside Wilmer's L.A. home on Monday.

This isn't the first time the stars have been linked together -- they were reportedly quietly dating in 2010 after Demi and Joe Jonas broke up and before she went to a treatment center. However despite the kissing photos, their reps say that Demi and Wilmer are "just friends."
