Demi Lovato not only performed her latest single "Give Your Heart a Break," but she won Favorite Pop Artist. Katy Perry took home the awards of the night with five trophies including Favorite Female Artist and Favorite Tour Headline. "THANK U to every1 who voted for me for the People's Choice tonight! We won so many! Now I need to get more books 2 successfully display them!" Katy Tweeted.
