The countdown is on! With only one week to go before The Hunger Games finally comes to theaters, the studio has released another never-before-seen clip to get fans excited for the film! In this scene, President Snow discusses the Games with Seneca Crane, explaining that the reason there is a winner in the arena is to keep hope alive among the Districts. "Hope is the only thing stronger than fear," the President explains. "A little hope is effective, a lot of hope is dangerous."
