Rumors began swirling that Miley Cyrus was engaged to her long-time boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, when the pop star Tweeted a photo of her new manicure -- and a huge sparkling ring on her ring finger! "I am so obsessed with @jennahipp nail foundations! It looks so chic and classic!" Miley said about the photo (below).

Adding fuel to the rumors, when Miley and Liam made an appearance at Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night XIII event in Phoenix, AZ, over the weekend, she was wearing the gorgeous ring yet again. However, on March 26, Miley took to Twitter to end the speculation, saying, "I'm not engaged. I've worn this same ring on this finger since November! People just wanna find something to talk about! It's a topaz people!"
