It's a music collaboration dream come true! The up-and-comer British singer Ed Sheeran, who has already worked with his pals in One Direction on their album 'Up All Night,' has revealed he's going to work with the guys again later this summer in August as they prepare for their sophomore album.
"I wrote a couple of songs when I was 17 that One Direction want for their next album," Ed reveals. "I'm going into the studio in August to produce the tracks for them. It's just really nice, because you know that those songs were never going to get used, so it's nice that they can use them."
But not everyone was so happy with the collaboration. In fact, Ed took to Twitter and Facebook to clear up some of the misunderstandings. "I will always continue making the best music I can, collaborating -- and as far as writing tunes for people, I'll write for who I want," he Tweered. "I have always said I'll do what I want musically, whether it be collaborating with rappers, writing songs for other acts, or just doing."
What do you think about Ed Sheeran collaborating with One Direction again? What do you think the songs will sound like?
