On Sunday, June 3, 2012, MTV hosted some of your favorite singers and movie stars for their annual MTV Movie Awards. The competition was on as Twilight, Hunger Games, and Harry Potter competed for the top golden popcorn prize for Movie of the Year.
Each movie took home their share of awards, 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1' winning Movie Of The Year and Best Kiss, the cast of 'The Hunger Games' taking home Best Male Performance (Josh Hutcherson) and Best Female Performance (Jennifer Lawrence) -- and it was a dream come true for both stars! "I've wanted to hold a golden popcorn since I was four years old," Josh said in his acceptance speech.
And for all you Potterheads out there -- don't worry! -- 'Harry Potter' also picked up some top honors, winning for Best Cast and Daniel Radcliffe for Best Hero. For a full list of winners, click "Read More."
