Big news Directioners! The guys of One Direction have been nominated (for the first time ever!) for an MTV Video Music Award for "Best Pop Video" -- and if that's not exciting enough, they will also be performing at the September 6 ceremony!
The nominees were released today and leading the pack are Rihanna, Katy Perry, and Drake. Justin Bieber has scooped up two nominations and girlfriend Selena Gomez is also nominated for "Best Female Pop Video" with her band The Scene.
