The star went public with Belgian student Celine Helene Vandycke at the weekend in London’s Hyde Park. The pair was spotted kissing, cuddling and looked super loved-up. Aww!
An onlooker revealed, “Niall never let Celine out of his sight and looked infatuated. He had his arm around her throughout the evening and kept going in to peck her on the cheek while they watched the gig.”
Aww! We love that Niall has found someone who he really likes!
