Singer Ed Sheeran has been dating his childhood friend, Cherry Seaborn, since last year and the two seem to be going strong.
The couple even accidentally photobombed one of Taylor Swift’s Instagram pictures over the Fourth of July weekend, proving that their love couldn’t be broken. However, now there’s a new picture of the “Photograph” singer floating around that is sparking even more rumors.
In a picture shared by a friend on Instagram, the singer is spotted wearing a large silver ring on his left ring finger that resembles a wedding band. Could it be that Ed and Cherry tied the knot without any of us knowing?
Fans everywhere can take a breath, because it looks like Ed isn’t married after all. Fans were quick to point out that the singer has worn the same ring before, just on a different finger.
Still, we can’t help but wonder if marriage would be something down the line for these two. After all, Ed and Cherry have known one another since before the singer became famous. It would make sense, but for now we can only hope they’re happy and enjoying spending time together.
