Victoria Justice fans have been waiting a long time to hear about the singer's new music — and there is definitely more coming! While stopping by the office to tell us all about her involvement with JetBlue's Soar with Reading program, which fosters kids' imaginations through literature, the star EXCLUSIVELY opened up to us about her music and says that she has a bunch of unheard songs.
"I'm actually currently not working on new music. I have a bunch of music that I've written over the years, like probably over 40 songs I've [written] and have been produced. I've kind of taken a little bit of a break from my music," she told us.
"I asked to be released from my record label [Columbia Records] because it wasn't really creatively the right fit for me. But I'm looking forward to getting into the studio when I get back home and getting back into the swing of things. I know I've been telling my fans forever, 'New music coming soon! New music coming soon!' It's been a tricky road, but it will be out there shortly."
We can't wait to hear it! Even though we loved the music she made before, it will be interesting to see what kind of songs she has on the back burner.
