It's been almost four months since Louis Tomlinson's mother Johannah Deakin passed away. The news of her passing was shocking and heartbreaking. Johannah secretly battled Leukemia and kept the news out of the public eye until she died and the family let fans and followers in on what was really going on in their lives over the past several months. Johannah not only left behind Louis but the rest of his siblings and they are determined to never let her be forgotten.

Johannah's birthday was on March 25th and Louis and his sister Lottie Tomlinson paid tribute to her. Their messages are simple yet really shows just how much they miss and love her.

Louis posted his message on Twitter and wrote, "Happy birthday Mum. I love you x."

While Louis' post was very straightforward, Lottie gave fans a glimpse at what Johannah's personality was really like with her tribute. She shared a couple photos and a memory about something Johannah really loved.

Lottie wrote, "Happy Mother's Day. Mother's Day was one of her favourites days as being a mum was the best job in the world to her. I love you."

This is literally heartbreaking. But, that wasn't all. Lottie wrote another tweet with the message, "Happy birthday Mum miss you and love you forever."

Johannah's legacy will live on forever and it's so amazing that Louis and Lottie feel comfortable enough sharing this on social media. They were notoriously quiet when she was sick but they haven't stayed quiet since her passing. The famous family wants to let the world know how missed Johannah really is.

Louis has yet to talk about her death publicly, but the day of her passing a statement was released that really spoke to how they felt and what they wanted to say. The statement read, "It is with immeasurable sadness that Johannah Deakin’s family said goodbye to Johannah in the early hours of Wednesday 7th December 2016. Earlier this year Johannah was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of leukemia that required immediate and continuous treatment. We respectfully request that the family are given time and space to grieve in private."

Mother's Day and Johannah's birthday were two days that she will always be remembered by amongst many others during the year.
