Not only is Fifth Harmony slaying everyone left and right with their newest and first photos of them as a quartet, but it looks like the group has put their foot down and demanded more from their record label in order for them to continue as a group. After Camila Cabello parted ways with the girls to pursue a solo career on Dec. 19, the remaining four made it quite clear that they were not going anywhere, regardless of whether they were Fifth or Fourth Harmony—and they were staying around because of their fans.

Billboard has confirmed that the girls have signed on to release a third album in 2017. The band released photos of them dressed in all red and it is hard to argue with some people saying they look better than ever. The first photo was released yesterday, but the one that was published today across all of their social media sites shows true harmony between them, in a photo of all of them looking at the same camera which is hard to find before this.

“Epic has in fact exercised their deal option with Fifth Harmony,” representatives for the group said.

An insider told Billboard that: “They’re in a position to have more creative involvement and really direct where they want their music to go. They're a huge name on the Epic roster so it makes sense to keep them there and work on another hit album. While, at the same time it benefits the girls to stay as well and really own the direction they're going in rather than litigate themselves out of a deal.”

A source from the label source told them that L.A. Reid, Epic Records' chairman, “Doesn't ‘let go’ of successful artists — ever. He even has a hard time parting with the unsuccessful ones.”

And that Simon Cowell is "committed as ever to the group he envisioned."

Camila will be staying on the same label but with a solo contract and Loeb & Loeb attorney Debra White says it is the best thing for everyone. “It proves that Epic/Syco is really believing in the brand, and they don't give a sh*t if it's Fourth or Fifth Harmony. They’re going to find amazing songs and make a go of it.”

We sure hope so!
